How do I place an order?

For custom items, head over to the "contact" page and fill out the form with as much information and detail as possible. I will get back to you within 72 hours to chat with you about your order.

After your order has been confirmed through email, you will receive an invoice.

Your order must be paid for 10 days prior to the pickup date. If payment if not received 10 days prior to the pickup date, your order will be canceled.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

The earlier the better, as I like to be really organized and plan ahead. But if you're in a pinch, I understand and can complete most orders with 8 days notice (not including email chats & order confirmation. So please request orders 10 days in advance, minimum! Thanks!)

Do you offer delivery?

Since I am a cottage bakery (meaning I don't have a storefront) located in North East Austin, I will coordinate the delivery or pickup with you via email once your order is paid for.
