I have been in the kitchen since before I can remember; it is like I would gravitate toward it.

So naturally, I attended pastry school in 2013, and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made!

I learned so much and loved getting paid to bake and work in kitchens full time.

But after I went vegan in 2016, I noticed that there were hardly any vegan desserts available in my area. I searched high and low for a decent vegan cupcake or cookie and was unsatisfied with a majority of what I tried.

That is when I decided to make and share my own desserts. I do this in the form of recipes on my blog, and here, straight from my kitchen. 


Wait, This is Vegan?

Since I'm a new vegan (3 years as of May 2019), I still remember what non-vegan desserts taste like, and I don't want my desserts to seem like they're lacking anything. So

I have been testing recipes over the past 2 years, and I have created a handful of crowd-pleasing, foolproof, delicious, vegan dessert recipes. 


I want my desserts to be like a vegan gateway drug. When people who are not vegan eat them, then find out it is 100% vegan, they'll become more open-minded & realize that the vegan diet isn't as boring or restrictive as most people think.


You don't need to use eggs or dairy to create delicious cookies or cakes, and you won't have to sacrifice flavor or miss the most important meal of the day.
